  4. It's very simple and easy to order food from Eatz.
    • Download the app and choose "ORDER FOOD" button. A list of restaurants, within a 5 - 6km radius of your location, currently serving will be displayed.
    • If you are looking for delivery in a location other than your current location, change the location to view the restaurants for that locality
    • You can also sort or filter the displayed list to shortlist the restaurants you like
    • Choose the restaurant that tickles your fancy & go through the menu of your choicest restaurant
    • Add the items to your cart. When you are done proceed to the checkout page
    • In the checkout page, choose delivery as well as the payment type. You can pick the delivery address from a saved list or choose a new address. Do not forget to avail any of the exciting coupons that we have
    • Complete your payment, sit back and relax

    • Once you submit the details, you will receive a 4-digit PIN as SMS to the registered mobile number

  2. Firstly, a big, warm welcome to - we're are happy that you'd like to place an order from Eatz. In order to place your first order, you need to
    • Download the app
    • Simply create an account or login as a guest user
    • Choose "ORDER FOOD" button. A list of restaurants, within a 5 - 6km radius of your location, currently serving will be displayed
    • Choose the restaurant that tickles your fancy & go through the menu of your choicest restaurant
    • Add the items to your cart. When you are done click on "Go to checkout", then proceed through the payment process

  6. No. There is no possibility of placing an order from multiple restaurants at a time.

  16. You will receive a confirmation Email and SMS immediately after processing your online order.

  20. Most deliveries happen within 45 minutes. Even on busy nights, we still do our best to arrange delivery within 45 minutes to an hour.
